SMEs increasingly rely on digital messaging for sales and customer support, yet struggle with fragmented communication, delayed responses, and lack of insight into customer behaviour. Sequence3 addresses this gap by combining a unified inbox with real time AI intelligence, enabling businesses to respond faster, identify high value opportunities, and prevent customer churn. The platform operates on a subscription based SaaS model, targeting service driven SMEs with high message volumes.
