Reputify is an AI-powered reputation management platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses understand, manage, and improve their online reputation from one centralized dashboard. The system collects customer reviews, comments, and brand mentions from multiple digital channels including Google Business Profile, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, X/Twitter, and TripAdvisor. Once collected, the data is processed through an AI pipeline that performs sentiment analysis, intent detection, aspect extraction, multilingual understanding, and relevance validation. The platform converts scattered customer feedback into actionable business intelligence. Business owners can view sentiment trends, rating distribution, platform performance, recurring customer issues, competitor benchmarks, and urgent negative feedback alerts. Reputify also supports AI-generated reply suggestions, allowing teams to respond faster while maintaining a professional brand voice. A RAG-powered chatbot lets users ask questions directly about their reviews and receive context-aware insights. The solution is especially useful for Sri Lankan SMEs because it supports multilingual feedback, including Sinhala and Tamil, and is designed with affordable SaaS pricing and local business workflows in mind. Technically, Reputify uses a Next.js frontend, FastAPI backend, MongoDB Atlas with vector search, Redis, scheduled scraping workers, OAuth integrations, and AI services from HuggingFace and OpenAI. Overall, Reputify helps businesses move from reactive review handling to proactive customer intelligence, improving customer satisfaction, brand trust, and decision-making.
